With over four hundred species of tree in the grounds, there is plenty to explore, and all are celebrated during the illuminations. Syon house is the London home of the Duke of Northumberland and his family and has stood for around 500 years. The event runs on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for the last 3 weekends in November. There are nine times-slots per day, between 5pm and 7.40pm.
For its thirteenth year, Syon Park's Enchanted Woodland will see the 600-year-old gardens transformed by a light display, with its Great Conservatory completely illuminated in the centre of the historic arboretum. The glittering trail can be completed in half an hour by those with a brisk pace, but better to allow longer for taking photos, admiring the installations and playing with the interactive lights along the way.
